Meg made her Bird's Nests for her second grade class!

We are ready for a long Easter weekend!  We are planning on hunting for lots of eggs and maybe do a little swimming too! Hope everyone has a great weekend with family!  love Meg and Paige

Meg's Easter Recipe

Birds' Nests

1 package of pretzel sticks
2 packages of white chocolate chips
1 package of chocolate candy eggs
30 Peeps (candy chicks sold at Easter time)

Melt chocolate chips in microwave.  Mix pretzels into melted chocolate, reserving 1/4 cup of chocolate.  Arrange a spoonful of pretzel mixture on a cookie sheet (lined with parchment paper) in a circle forming a nest.  When chocolate sets up, take one Peep and dip in reserved chocolate and place on nest.  Dip two candy eggs in reserved chocolate and place on nest.  Enjoy your Easter treat!
